I began painting in oils in 1963 and continued my art in painting up to the late ‘80’s when I took a hiatus and began careers in Real Estate and Interior Design. Finding Benicia and the Plein Air Gallery motivated me to return to my first love which is oil painting en plein aire.

I feel very fortunate to live in Benicia where everywhere I look is a potential painting, energizing my creative senses.
